Build your own reliable e-bike battery pack with the AshvaVolt® Hailong 52 Cell Battery Case, designed for DIY lithium-ion battery packs used in electric bicycles, e-bikes and other compatible EV applications.
This Hailong-style battery case supports 18650 lithium-ion cells and provides an organized enclosure for custom battery pack assembly. The case includes cell holders/spacers, key lock, power switch, LED battery indicator, charging port and output connection for a practical and professional battery installation.
It can be used for different battery configurations depending on the voltage and cell arrangement. For example, a 36V pack can commonly use a 10S configuration, while a 48V pack can use a 13S configuration within the available cell space. Always select the correct BMS, charger and cell configuration for your required battery voltage.
This product is a battery case only. Lithium-ion cells, BMS, nickel strips and other battery-building components are not included unless mentioned separately.
The battery pack configuration must be selected according to the required voltage, cell capacity, BMS and charger. Professional battery assembly is recommended.
I wouldn't use "52 cells" as if all 52 positions must always be populated. A 48V configuration can use 13S arrangements and a 48V configuration commonly uses 13S; the exact usable cell count depends on the parallel configuration and the particular case. The competitor pages themselves describe configurations such as 13S4P. Also, don't claim waterproof, premium metal, BMS included, battery included, or a specific warranty unless your actual AshvaVolt product has those features. This will keep the product page accurate and reduce customer disputes.
