Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase , you may return it to us for a store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Products must not be modified, altered, or tampered with in any way, including cutting or changing the connector or wire. Any such modification will make the product non-returnable.

If the customer changes the wire or connector without prior consultation or approval from us, it will be considered the customer’s responsibility. In case of any damage, short circuit, or malfunction caused by such modifications, we will not be liable.

Return

All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the delivered date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the original tags are tempered or misplaced then the return/replacement request will be void.

Return Policy

• Products can be returned only in case of manufacturing defects or damage.
• If a customer orders the wrong product, the return can still be made, but the customer must send the product back to our office at their own cost.
• Courier charges, handling charges, and other applicable costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
• After we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it is not short-circuited or physically damaged.
• If the product is found to be in proper condition after inspection, it will be eligible for replacement as per policy.

To return an item, please call on customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item in the company boxing, and mail your return to the following address:

Refund

We will process your return or refund. Please allow at 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or refund. The total amount will be refunded other than COD, Payment Gateway and Delivery Charges. Refunds may take 5-7 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Custom made batteries which made as per customer Demand is non refundable.

Rules

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a exchange.

Please Note:

Product should be in original condition.
Product should not be modified or cut the connector or wire otherwise it is not Returnable.
Product should not be damaged after opening.
Product should be in working condition.
No damage/defect will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Original packaging, original manufacturer tags and accessories should not be missing.
If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
Defective products must be returned within 7 days since the delivery day. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
COD Charges will not be refunded.
Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
We you order the wrong product then you had to courier from our office address, we will replace it. ( Courier charge chargeable ).
If customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery. COD or Security amount will not be refunded
GST Charges 18% It Will not be refunded.
Payment Gateway Charges are not Refundable.
There is no refund amount in case of customization battery. We will repair or replace the battery.
