Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the delivered date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the original tags are tempered or misplaced then the return/replacement request will be void.   

Return Policy

To return an item, please call on customer service at  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item in the company boxing, and mail your return to the following address:

Refund

We will process your return or refund. Please allow at 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or refund. The total amount will be refunded other than COD, Payment Gateway and Delivery Charges. Refunds may take 5-7 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please Note:

  •     Product should be in original condition.   
  •     Product should not be damaged after opening.  
  •     Product should be in working condition.
  •     No damage/defect will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.   
  •     Original packaging, original manufacturer tags and accessories should not be missing.   
  •     If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.   
  •     Defective products must be returned within 7 days since the delivery day. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
  •     COD Charges will not be refunded.
  •     Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
  •     If customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery. COD or Security amount will not be refunded
  •     GST Charges 18% It Will not be refunded.
  •     Payment Gateway Charges are not Refundable
